The creator really thought it through for the developers who will use it. E.G. door movement, installing using built-in, URP, and HDRIP. Made my life so easy by being able to upgrade colliders to be much more accurate using mesh colliders without convex then being able to downgrade the texture to a lower LOD version for less poly count. Even the toilet cover being done in a way to make use of it very easy on me. Will 100% consider buying more assets from you. Thank you!!

Looks good, good modularity

This house looks good, the scale is correct, and the components fit together well. (You'll probably want a snapping tool if you plan to take advantage of the modular components.)
The demo scene is slightly hard on my framerate. Nothing awful, but something to be aware of if you have a slow PC. That and a single faulty collider are the only flaws I've found. It's a very good asset.

Problem with custom shaders

After importing everything and changing the materials from standard to HDRP/Autodesk Interactive/AutodeskInteractive, everything looked good except for the AE shaders you wrote, they don't seem to be HDRP compatible because the material property is found in another cbuffer than "UnityPerMaterial." If I can figure out how to set the cbuffer to that, this would easily be a 5/5. Can you help me out with this?
Edit: creator replied fast and issue is resolved. 5/5

Hi! You didn't have to translate the asset to HDRP yourself. The project has a unity package called "HDRP_Horror_House.unitypackage". It needs to be unzipped into your project, all materials will be configured. Or use shaders for HDRP from it.
I really liked the asset. Therefore, I am changing my review.

I have a pretty low end pc, but I still expected these assets to cause less lag, and to be smaller in size, even after removing many objects from the demo scene that I didn't want there and would change, the final build size for windows was 1.5gb, considering I wanted my final product much bigger than that, this was a big disheartening.

I fixed it while trying to duplicate my error for the creator. Extra star for a quick reply from the creator.

Was really excited to purchase this as it looked really good. It takes forever to download, which i can deal with. The part that is driving me mad is it keeps crashing EVERY SINGLE TIME I try to upgrade it to urp or hdrp!

The asset contains packages with HDRIP and URP assets. You don't have to do anything yourself. Describe in more detail what kind of failure you have. ?
