Amazing assets for the price

These assets are exactly what I was looking for in my project. I am not a great designer, so I was looking for some premade ones and I feel lucky for finding this one.
A heads up with the newer versions of unity, the rendering engine has changes and the materials will show up as pink when first imported. You need to convert all the materials to URP by going to Edit -> Rendering -> Materials -> Convert selected built-in models to URP.

So the walls are not modular, you can't strip the glass off the windows it's all one material but that's not really an issue.
What's wild are the decorations and floors, and even the regular walls honestly.
You can probably use a plugin to remove the windows or if you're a blender whiz you know what to do.
How sharp this looks for 5 bucks is amazing haha, le cry. That is a pretty mantel.

Super value, quality asset.

For not even the price of a good quality lager, you get an incredible asset which looks stunning in VR (URP). Some great models and materials - loving the parquet floor and tall clock (will try to rig a swinging pendulum). Top marks to the creator of this

For 10$, 5$ now on sale it's amazing value. While it's not perfect, especially the demo scene, there's some gaps and things aren't aligned perfectly, but otherwise It looks great, just like the screen shots, and it's well optimized. I was able to get 72 fps on the Quest 2 standalone with the demo scene with some minor tweaks.

the only thing i miss, is a sleeping room.
But in case of this price, it would be not fair to say: this is missing.
what you get, is so much - you cant explain.

This again falls into a category "Too good to be true"
Good design, good texture, good mesh.
And all of those for 10$?
#Update: Sorry devs for the not so good words.
Agree that low price is not necessarily link to stolen assets.
I'm just not happy with the recent events where multiple of my sound packs in my library are stolen assets/ got deprecated and that proved Unity Asset Store does not check thoroughly everything as you said.

Hello, thank you for purchasing the asset!
When you upload the package to Asset Store, your package goes through thorough check of every asset and its validity, which can last up to several months. It's prohibited to re-sell anything that is not made by the seller and they take their time to check everything :) Besides that, you can not maintain the same quality and art direction thorough the package when collecting so many stolen assets. So, don't worry, nothing is stolen just because the price is low :)

amazing price for what's there, but cant give it five stars since there are missing prefabs, the missing prefabs being bottle 7, bottle 8 and rigidbodyfps controller
