I don't know why the seller is selling at this price. it's very worth it because things are high quanlity and can be used for a variety of purposes I have used almost all the parts in this kit. This is the best product by this seller.

This asset pack is better with cleaner overlaps. For some reason, i regret buy "Modular Japanese House" because here you can also make houses and even more stuff for low price! Even from same creator! Here i don't see problems and i guess this is later work, so it's better designed / updated with better matching pieces and no dirty overlaps. So much stuff in low price. Very nice. The demo scene is nice to see what you can make! Very recommended pack.

Everything in this asset is good. Modular, has well made premade prefabs. everything was perfect size. and look great can be use in any modern game love it!
