It has a lot of props and the building parts can be combined to create incredible environments. The only con is that the tree don't seem to be feeling the wind if added to the terrain. Still awesome pack!

used these assets to replace ones i was using previously and it made my scene so much better!

Not worth the money, the assets are very bad scaled and repetitive.

i really like this asset but some textures su*k, man, please fix the back of walls textures, they look like glitching

A thread discussing the issues with the lines running throughout the walls: https://forum.unity.com/threads/issue-with-light-artifact.648160/#post-4368085 It looks as if there has not been a response from the publisher in a year on the issue, so I will assume that there is no intended fix coming for this issue. As great as most of the models are, all of the walls are completely ruined with this issue and seeing as there has been no support, I can not recommend purchasing this asset in its current state.

There are already in-depth reviews here so I will try not to repeat. You can simply see the level of quality in the screenshots. The price has now also been reduced so if you were on the fence before then ~40% off should help you decide. My experience with Velkin Labs customer service has been top notch. Always quick to reply and no question too silly. If you want to be taken seriously as an Indie then you must invest in your game.

Worth invest. Very good looking materials and easy to modify.

When it comes to horror and even just immersion in general this pack is top notch, down tot eh little details it delivers! fantastic asset! looking forward to getting pack 2! Great job and top notch team, when I had a question about asset the reply was faster than a bull out the gate!
