In general, the asset is good, but the floor textures have low resolution, the materials don't behave in the same way as the URP, the water doesn't work either, it would be great if the asset was updated.

I bought this asset because of the amount of objects in the asset, and everything is great! One thing that would take this asset to the next level is if all of the building parts were included as modular building blocks so we could create our own buildings rather than having to choose only from the ~30 already pre-made builidings. Also, As the name of the asset entails, most of the pre-made buildings are only optimized for a top down view.. you can see through the roof/walls if you change the camera angle too low in reference to the buildings. Other than that, amazing asset! Would definitely recommend, and I plan on checking out some of your other assets on the store.

Beautiful textures/Prefabs. Very easy to create your own city and even a small world due to nice artwork!

fits well with my game, only thing i dont like was the scaling of game objects, it is for top down and from that viewseems fine but i am using as third person and had to correct the scaling of almost every object as world items like barrels wood stums with axes, etc were huge

These assets are not mobile friendly, even running the mobile demo is getting 22 fps on a new Samsung s7. 10-15 fps on a note 5. Would love to go with all of K4's assets but they just are not mobile friendly yet. Also cannot get K4 to reply to any emails period.

As of 30th June 2015, version 1.2 No doubt about the quality, beautiful and optimized, 5 stars for the quality of the asset but there are some issues : - there are missing material for quite a few pieces of prefabs. Luckily the texture is there ,had to spend a few minutes to reapply the material onto these prefabs. - The Demos scenes are empty... not that it really matters, but I'd like to learn some tips from the developers. I have updated and re-imported the package various time.. Hope to see a fix soon.

Really nice.

Looks great and performs well, but some of the houses have problems with lightmapping and many of the colliders have useless, disabled meshes. The overall quality makes up for it, but those issues are kind of a drag.
