Ayman_01on version 2.1
The assets is nothing like advertised ๐Ÿ‘Ž. The author apparently is no longer supporting this package. It looks terrible on URP.

Don't bother with this pack

JiRo_Devon version 2.1
I was hoping for at least 4096*4096 textures resolution, but the highest is 2024*2024 for an entire building, so a single surface from a building look like 128*128 The triangles count is a little bit to high, 40-70K tris in LOD0 Edit: I regret buying this trash, not optimized in the slightest, crap 2000 looking textures, artist isn't responding, just avoid this pack it's not worth it

Tensor2on version 2.1
The good: It does look exactly like the previews and it does work out of the box as HDRP, using standard lit shaders. If you're using it top-down from further away, such as for an RTS, its a pretty decent package with an enormous amount of content. The window lighting effects are easily adjustable with one material and look decent, approximating light shafts with great performance. Perfectly setup LODs have buildings range from 300 to 30,000 polygons with no extra work or fiddling. At 1080p HDR, max settings, on the demo scene I get 150+fps in the editor with an RTX 3080 -- this is in the editor, no optimization, with profiling on, so it could easily go much higher. The bad: The shoddy texture work is hideous if your camera gets anywhere near it. There's seems everywhere. All the textures are misaligned. The lamp posts and fence are solid color with no texture. The textures' texel density is inconsistent and everything is very blurry. All of the models share one 2048 texture, so its EXTREMELY low resolution. Each model is effectively done with a 32x32 texture. It is absolutely unusable for first-person or third-person, and definitely not "next generation" or even last generation. Games from 20 years ago had higher texture resolution. It is, however, passable for an RTS viewed from a further distance. https://imgur.com/a/KSdgLOM

5 Stars Asset, must have asset!!!

Caiusarcheron version 2.1
I was suffering from making it works in URP, until i asked the developers, and they are very quick respond, sending me the beta version of URP support package. --- User guideline --- (you only need to import the Urp version package, nothing else, and use things from the 2.0 folder not the content folder in your asset, you will know what i mean when you have them imported) After installing URP support, postprocess, ScriptableObject(which you dont need), then imported the asset. Then in project setting, change the Pipeline to the pipeline in the package, also made some light baking, checking if you have make the post process in game align with the postprocess-profile in you asset. Now you should have what you have seen in the asset store ads, they are exactly like that, just the water and some veges not working i think, which the developers are working on. Anything else is just golden as it can be. I also add the colour contrast in post process to make the colour a bit more differed, and turn off the film grain to clear the view. It looks even better omg. It is really easy to use asset, you just need some basic understanding of how to set everything up. ------ 5 stars Asset, the developers may release URP support package later, so keep your eyes on this!!!

Looks REALLY BAD ON URP

Diego-Programmeron version 2.1
False advertising. Nothing look like on the pictures. Trees are really ugly, window effects are not nearly the same and i tried to use only the houses but they have problem on leakage of emissive textures. https://imgur.com/a/tv3TMTl This is what i have on my game.

Bought Before URP Support

watcher0808on version 2.1
When I first purchased this asset nothing worked in URP. I contacted the company behind it and they promptly told me that URP support is on the way but not released yet and offered to send me the beta version for URP. And that worked like a charm. The assets are well made and drag and drop ready. I would highly recommend if you are working on a top-down sort of game and if you run into trouble, you can contact the seller and they will assist you in getting it working.

No URP support

metalkaton version 2.1
This asset looks nothing like advertised. Theres basically no support for URP, it looks way too bad to even use. Shaders dont work nor many of the LWRP variants and post processings. Good for mobile or top down
4 years ago
deslandesnon version 2.1
Good asset if you're making a mobile game or a top down game, but if your intent is to use this for an RPG, the textures are too low resolution or pixelated to be useful. Lots of weird missing faces and inconsistent texture quality. It has enough assets to create a wonderfully huge game with loads of variety, just not a game that can be played up close.

The_3D_Lunaticon version 2.1
At first I had some trouble with the shaders, as I was using URP and didn't import the asset properly. However, the devs responded promptly and gave me instructions on how to import, and after that everything worked fine. Excellent asset, absolutely beautiful!!!
