It is a pleasure working with this asset. This package offers a tonne of value. Though I have yet to assemble a house from the modular parts, it's already clear that just simply varying the included materials will increase breadth with minimal effort. No doubt this is one of the best assets I ever bought.

The asset is very high quality. Textures look amazing.

The style of the building (the first one of the first version) which comes with prepared interiors is really nice. The author added more prepared buildings which was a great update. Anyway the new building variations don't come with prepared interiors. So you have different exterior variations but with empty interiors. You need to add interiors to them if you use the exterior variations because the windows are transparent and you can see the empty interior through it. An update which includes some prepared interiors to the exteriors like a normal houses, an inn (the prepared interior which comes already with the demo), forge buildings, shops etc. would be a great addition. If you are expecting different buildings with different interiors you will be disappointed I think. As jessejarvis also mentioned the houses are really eating lot of performance. This should be adressed ASAP to being able to create a town using the predefined buildings. I really hope this asset will get more updates to give it 5 stars.

There's a lot of objects you get, and it can come in handy. However I can not use this because 1 single building (The demo building, 2nd image) is 22 MILLION tris. My scene goes from 3m tris to 25m tris, just for 1 building. The smoke particle effects lag my scene too on the building and in the Fireplace.

I got this for UE4 too and I would say that this is one of the most beautiful half-timbered house you can find in both asset stores. The price is very good for what you get and questions about of his products, the developer anwered in a very short time. Please keep up the good work!

Very big asset pack

It's a fantastic asset, it's very easy to put together buildings. The elements are perfectly connected, one of the best buildings I have bought :)

i bought it out on a wim to be honest. most modular systems are not very good. but i have this one a 4/5 for it. Both sides are nicely detailed its easy to setup new buildings. its only one real pall cream color so its detail can get lost in it. but a bit of Photoshop effort the brighten/change the colors and it looks new or least separate to the other buildings. its good work! -Cheers
