So I was trying to make the fire water. Something that should be pretty simple thing to do. But the orange on the lava is part of the emissive mask. Would have been nice if the emissive masks where black and white. Allowing the player to swap the color. The asset is very annoying when you try to modify it. You have to use it as is. If they update the textures to use white and black masks, then I will update this to a 5*. But for the price these assets are almost a one time use, maybe.

Massive asset library, very thoroughly crafted. You can tell the Synty team puts in a lot of effort to make a high quality product. This is well worth the money.

I love this asset. You have to invest some time though to make it look good by applying post processing effects and appropriate shaders. Also, the asset uses legacy shaders that tank your frame rate. I wish, the developers would upgrade the asset to fully utilize URP. You will be spending a lot of time optimizing here ...

This pack has so much potential and is one of my favorite fantasy-style packs from Synty. It comes with characters, building and environment parts, weapons, props and FX. You use these with the other fantasy/dungeon packs and the modularity means you can use them to create a huge range of dungeon styles. Whether you're working on a Dark Souls-like game, a dungeon crawler or ARPG, you won't find a better pack than this.

Dungeon Realm's has everything in standard Synty quality: If you like their environments, you'll probably like this one. In my opinion, they're decent. However the set severely lacks dungeon enemies. It's got 4 skeletons that look the same and a generic demon but that's about it. To live up to its name, I'd liked to have seen more - humanoid or other.
