This pack includes some very nice-looking stuff. It has a few chairs and couches and contains floor and wall material as well as guard rails and some light fixtures. On top of it, it contains really nice-looking background buildings with convincing window lights and reflections. Just don't let the video mislead you, the other stuff seen in the 'hazelwood loft' video is spread out inside their other packs and you gotta buy them all to be able to fully re-create the loft interior seen in the video. Still very nice though, especially the skyboxes

I really like the asset, but the lighting is weird on unity 2021. I tried following the upgrade guide changing UNITY_2020 to UNITY_2021 in 2 scripts but didn't work. I tried baking light myself but still looks weird. EDIT ==== There seem to be an upgrade path 55% discount for the full pack which is great, so I am sorry for the confusion.

A huge amount of data is composed of high quality and it fits well even if used in various places.

This is as must have AAA asset if you want to quickly populate your scenes with realistic skyscrapers and buildings. Dense urban skylines run super smooth even on mobile! Thumbs up for this publisher!

I think this asset delivers really well on what the point of it is, which is a really great set of city views from a beautiful (and large) terrace - setup very well for day and night. There are very many attention to detail points that make it look really good including the depth of vision to provide realistic views into the buildings you're looking at and the day/night background skyline match up. The audio ambiance and plane/birds/night light effect are also nice touches. There are a few quite nice looking city construction sets on the market, but I ended up choosing this because nothing has this exact modern look and I decided that even if I couldn't use the buildings close-up like those kits provide, I could design a light-weight level using a city backdrop around this asset and so far, that looks very promising. (I'll probably need the kitchen/lounge addition to use it for my purposes) Trying to determine the best way to use these, I found that since they don't have backs, it's really meant to be viewed from the distance of the balcony. That works for me, though I added Beautify2, which I usually add to anything I do, and I really like how they come out while maintaining excellent framerates. The author has been really responsive via email. Thanks for the update breaking the buildings into separate prefabs!

The quality of these assets is exceptional and they are super optimized. We used the skyscrapers in this pack for our VR experience and we easily achieved 60fps, we used the skyscrapers and buildings to populate our city skyline and they looked photoreal from every angle . Definitely recommended.Looking forward for future packs form this publisher!
