Good for mobile games or scenery

Pros:
- Each building looks unique
- Efficient
- Emissive textures are included and can be used for a night mode
Cons:
- Textures look bad close up
The textures are not separated for each building which makes editing difficult. These buildings would work well for mobile games or ones where you don't stop to look at the buildings for long (racing, scenery in the distance).

Best city pack I've found, but could use some improvements

I love it, looks very nice and performance seems good for VR game.
A couple of things take away from being a 5 star:
1. Scale is not perfect, doors are like 1.7m tall instead of 2m
2. It says tileable and I'm getting decent (but not perfect) results with 90 unit offsets. Also the tiles are not perfectly square so trying to rotate tiles will cause visibly offsets on road markers between tiles. 100 unit offsets and perfectly square tiles would greatly improve building cities with tiles.
3. Colliders were recently added, but they are way too crude. I've had to go and add my own colliders, which feels a bit unnecessary since the author already took the effort to add them. It seems the colliders were maybe added for ground based games, but for any flying game you will keep running into invisible walls.
Note: I'm not sure why, but I sometimes get tearing effects in Oculus Rift on the buildings. It might be a performance issue, I really don't know and haven't investigated it much yet.

Very easy to create city using prefabs from this package. Colliders included are ok, but I needed more precise collision detection, so I just applied mesh colliders to each object without any adjusting. Everything fitted perfectly (and without perfomance issues).
Also want to notice, this stuff really suiteable for mobiles, because of low amount of materials used by this package (low amount of SetPass calls). To avoid perfomance issues on low-end devices you can just delete some props and use occlusion culling so everything will work just perfect.

This is probably the best City Pack I found on the asset store. Really nice and the best thing about it's tile-able feature. I have created an entire city scene in minutes very easily. The biggest plus is all the buildings have aligned box colliders according to their shapes, so it’s just perfect for me to just put patches and ready to go. I strongly recommend this City Pack to every one. Great Asset for multiple games and Architectural projects. Would love to see more of this stuff from the developer.

package is unusable - buildings are not scaled accurately

The buildings in this package are not consistently scaled. For example -
BnP_Large_Building_F_008 - the doors on this building appear to be approx 1.5 meters tall... The package is unusable. Would appreciate a refund.

I have used many city assets from the asset store and they were either of bad quality or had very high draw calls/mesh.
This is the perfect one so far. Textures, reflection and only a few draw calls. Works amazingly well on mobile ... Thank you

I waited for the pack (with colliders) to come out and now that it's out with the colliders, i decided to purchase it and it looks AWESOME.
It works awesome as well and the look of the streets and roads is very realistic and beautiful. I can think of so many games on the go that i can make using this asset.
I highly recommend this.
To the developer: I would Love to see you guys make more city/scene packs.

Of the city packs you can get this one is quite veratile in that you can create a layout that suits you of a size that suits you. You aren't tied into a specifc look and feel and making up a city is quite quick and simple.
The buildings look great with some reflection probes and the provided colliders are good enough for a street level type car racing game.
For my use I needed many more mesh colliders and colliders for the buildings at height, so there was a bit more work required to acheive this. However the meshes are efficiently built, there are only a handful of materials for the entire city and it all looks really amazing for the frugal amount of textres used.
Definitely a very efficient implementation and not just an overblown piece of artwork that will take you forvere to optimise (like a lot of other assets in the store).
Recommended if you want to implement a good looking and efficient city scape fast.

This pack is really good
But Collider is not applied.
Therefore, you must apply Collider to all objects.
I also want FootPath in the patch. (As a rectangle)
And how is LightingData set up?
I want to make it cool like Demo and use it for the game.
