Asset is amazing, high quality and optimized. But remember to choose render pipeline wisely- you will get only one, and you will have to pay 50% extra for each (URP/HDRP/Standard). That's strange decision of the author. Every asset I bought before has all render pipelines support included or has free update for another version.

The curtains have a custom shader, the dynamic objects are lit by light probes. It already has a baked lightmap with good quality. The AO can be adjusted to be lower via PostProcessing and the light settings. This house has all rooms in one scene - it is one 3D model of a full interior house. I tried to render via Octane Renderer but I found using a simple offline renderer does the job as the scene is very realistic out of the box IMO. I don't think this is suitable for low-end or mobile projects out-of-the-box as it is high quality and does not have LODs.

Just downloaded it and got error Could not write to decryted package file! and now Failed to import package with error: Couldn't decompress package Dont know what to do do i need to download the whole pacake again?

I dont think you can find a better arch scenes for unity than those from this author, and they run great in VR as well! Hope to see more like this in the future!
