where can we get support?

Hello, we bought the asset a few weeks ago, download and import it and the first thing that shows when we hit play is an error! We looking for help, but the so called "support forum" didn't help...so maybe we are doing something wrong to get support or there is just none

Now I bought your game for me is very good but I have 2 question: I pay 90 dollar. I want make game for android but I want make unlimited games. I can make unlimited games or only one game ? And my two question: How can I add different model character in costume shop.. How to I add different character ? I do not want skin. I want different model in shop Thank you

Need Support Currency

Hello there, this is an awesome starter runner kit, I am having fun developing games with it. Just one trouble, when I create a prefab for currency it spawns only one on the screen and the screen goes completely laggy and goes to 3fps. can you help?

Hello Rachel, Thank you for your review. The mentioned problem might be a cause of a change in the ElementGenerator script. Drop in an email at unitysupport@werplay.com with a list of changes that you've made. I would really like to help you get to the bottom of this issue. Thanks again!

Out of the box it doesn't reach 40 fps on phone or Ouya.

Hello Brian, Thank you for your review. We haven't tried OUYA in our performance testing but we have tried a variety of mobile devices and have found the frame rates to be pretty stable. Even on low-end devices we get a 30+ FPS. not bad but lacks some basic features

It's not a bad starter kit but for the relatively high cost for a a starter pack, it lacks a few basic features that would be great to see in future release : 1. Moving Obstacles 2. No turns on the platform, just a straight run? (at least show in demo if it already exists) 3. More documentation on your code structure to enable extensibility in lacking areas 4. better support/response to email inquiries ! Things I like : 1. good mission and achievement management, 2. well thought out UI features and shopping

Hi, Pitfalls are detected by the ControllerScript and the game's behaviour after falling in a pit is controlled by the PitsMainController.
