For those who were experiencing distortion in ECS, you need to duplicate the TT_RTS_Units material and assign a new Shader Graph to it that works with SkinnedMeshRenderer.
1. Right-click in Assets/Shaders/ or anywhere you store your Shaders, -> Create -> Shader Graph -> URP -> Lit Shader Graph. Name it whatever you like.
2. Open the shader in the Shader Graph Editor (double click) and right-click the graph background -> Create Node -> Compute Deformation. Connect the three properties,
Compute Deformation.Position -> Vertex.Position
Compute Deformation.Normal -> Vertex.Normal
Compute Deformation.Tangent -> Vertex.Tangent
3. In the panel on the left side, add these properties:
Texture2D _BaseMap
Color _BaseColor
4. Create a Sample Texture 2D node, feed Base Map property into it (drag-and-drop).
Drag the RGBA output from it and multiply with Base Color.
5. Connect the Multiply node output to Fragment.Base Color input.
6. Save the shader and use it for the duplicated TT_RTS_Units material.
7. In the model prefab, search for the active Body, for example, Body_08c. Expand the Materials section for Skinned Mesh Renderer and use this newly created material with the shader you just made.
8. Test and it should work without deformation.

This package contains a variety of funny and charming models. However, when baking them into a Unity ECS SubScene, the characters look distorted or rotated incorrectly. It seems the FBX bind pose orientation doesn’t translate well through the ECS conversion pipeline.

Easy to use, production ready asset.
The prefabs folder is incredibly useful for preparing variations and testing as there all provided and just need to be enabled/swapped. So you don't have to put everything together and figure what goes to what, its all there. Very useful and convenient.
Only thing that would be nice is either a new asset containing more wall options(And ones with variations where you can walk on them). Otherwise its all ready to go to implement into your systems.

I have no problems. The animations could be better if we can change it. I suggest to includ jump animation and women :)
