I like the design which can feel the weight of it.
But most bones are off axis that made me feel so hard to customlize the model and do my own animation.
If you are not going to change anything and just use eveything from the package without moving the model component, this is a good asset.
Please consider to fix the off axis problem.

Any chance this asset can add a jump / fly animation? its the only kind of movement that is missing, vertical movement :(

Sorry for the late reply, I did not get notification about the review.
Unfortunately I was not thinking about jump or fly anim and not planning to add at the moment.

I bought this model, thinking it looks cool (and noticing the Mechwarrior/Battletech inspiration). I wanted to hook it up to a procedural animation system I have, but it seems that the rig's bones are slightly off axis by a few degrees, or in such a way that rotating the bone on one axis rotates it slightly on multiple axes (especially the legs). Some bones are flipped 180 degrees on one axis. All of this makes it pretty much impossible to use with procedural animations.
If the creator can remake the rig with properly aligned/oriented bones, I will change my rating to a 5-star :)

About the rig. It was not prepared to work with procedural animation system and at this point I don't want to mess with it and possibly break something. Sorry about that!

This mech is great. It came with really well animations. I did at first have some problems implementing it into the game engine I am using which is not Unity. But I got it working really well in it. Here is a video of the mech in my game.

But this mech is really good. And fun to play as in my own game.

Hmm, something is wrong with it in the video to be honest, looks like the normals are flipped out. Try to flip the Green channel in the normal map, that might fix it. I prepared the normal map for Unity, but different engines calculate tangents differently in some cases.

I love this mech, I would like to show the artist what was done with this mech as it's pretty epic looking in game :D :D :D :D :D Has the exact look and feel I wanted best purchase would recommend to anyone.

This is awesome! Really great looking model, walking animation looks wonderful. Very low poly but doesn't look it. Attach points are labelled intelligently.
It's saved out as a single mesh with a hierarchy for animation bones - this is great for performance but makes the mech difficult to modify if that's a goal for you.
Now the only thing I really want is 100 more of these!
