i need help to combiner the meshes.
it's the error to combiner the meshes:
Mesh.boneWeights is out of bounds. The supplied array needs to be the same size as the Mesh.vertices array.
if is possiable,please provider a script to combiner the character

One of my favorite assets!

I wont lie, this has been the most expensive asset I have purchased, mainly because I have wanted to make an MMORPG style game and this was the best thing I could find. Now at the start it was a bit frustrating as it can be a little difficult to understand how to implement into your game. Now I will tell you what I do each time I use this asset and hopefully it can help others.
I start off by creating variables for each piece of armor, such as helmet, shoulder, etc. then create a function to spawn these armor pieces when the game is started. Which was easy because that is how this asset is coded, within the Armor and Body script you can edit them to your liking (again I recommend using saved integers) calling an array game object. So all you have to do is save your variable/int and then call it on the start and boom. Your character is saved/loaded.
I just started trying to get this to work with UNET, when I have no past experience with UNET and I'm making progress. All in all, its defiantly not for beginners but if your willing to give it a shot I do recommend this asset as it is far by one of the best customizable characters for UNITY3D. I do love this and will be using this for my big project :D

All around a nice set. Not a drop in solution at this point. I've created a series of scripts that allow customization and inventory access so it is one step above standard prefabs. Currently, the system is a demo with a script that gives a groundwork for building custom characters. The demo script contains helper functions that add the modular components. Personally, I don't require any more ease of use, just more components as I'm a programmer not an artist. More standard clothing options would be nice as well as historical based armors. I understand that most unity assets are built for beginners or intermediates, but I'd rather the author concentrate on adding more character options. Also, the female character is oddly proportiond and looks kind of strange with some anim packs. Nothing detracts from the power of the system though and I'm looking forward to what the author has in store for the package. 5 stars for sure!

Models and clothings is very qualified. It is really great if your game is TPS. But if you are planing to do a FPS game, this asset is not for you. Seperated skinned meshes and structure of item skinned meshes makes it almost imposible to achive this. I wish to have an another equipping style instead of replacing skinned meshes.

Great models and lots of combinations, but how do I save edit characters into prefabs? If I can't save them into prefabs how do I use them? And there also should have a random combination button. Please add these features! Thank you!

I'm always glad to help out if you PM me. I'm working on easy NPC script that will combine all parts you need at the void start to make an NPC that you'd like.
