Looks great. Unfortunetly they are generic humanoid. That makes sense though given their strange rigs. However very easily fixed with 1 click in umotion pro. And heck doing it that way you get a animation set with it lol. 6 outta 5. As always great work, Maksim

So, this pack as well as the Barbarian share some similar flaws: 1. ROTATIONS - omg it took me hours and hours to fix issues as EVERYTHING is rotated -90 in the X axis. 2. BONES - They are just in the wrong places. 3. FABRICS - they are not properly constrained/stitched. Either you have really skilled artist who will sacrifice time to fix those or it won't be useful for you. Below I have added links to videos showing some of those issues. I have wasted god knows how many hours in just trying to fix the animations , even UMotion failed to fix the root motions. Why on the earth models are not perfect Humanoid ????????? Even if the are Generic , why doesnt root motion animations work perfectly ?????? DAMN ! I'm pretty sure you are aware of this issue. Please solve the issue. Solve the animation issue and i will re review it.

Missing LOD model Monsters are too similar. It's better to have a little monster, dwarf, skinny, fat and so on

I initially had a major issue with this asset which the developer has since corrected. I have just started using the asset and it provides great value for the cost so I'm adjusting my rating up to 4 stars. It really is a 5-star asset from my impressions so far. I'll likely update my rating to reflect this in the near future if I don't run into any major issues. If your project requires orc-like creatures this asset satisfies that requirement and more!

Characters are Nice and Optimized. Why are they not humanoid??? No one knows.. Waste of time needing to change to Humanoid .. WHAT ARE THESE PACKAGE DEPENDENCIES (Please list what these are)?? Seriously? What could you possible need from package manager for these orc characters? Also tried to reach out for assistance in email and no response. Will update review when we receive some help as they are nice quality.

Edit: URP support has been added. We're very happy with this pack! Upped the rating to reflect this. The pack is certainly good enough to use in a prototype or more. However, it is lacking support for URP so that's the end of our use for it unfortunately. I've asked our artist to look at the shaders but they were too messy for a quick fix he told me. Prototypes will be mostly made in the new pipelines so if I may offer a suggestion please do support those as well.

This pack is really worth the money. Models are great and I love how the newer 6 orc characters have separate armor mesh pieces. My only complaint is that all the animations are Generic and not Humanoid and this causes issues with my AI system which requires humanoid animations. Converting to humanoid works, but causes imperfections in the animation like the feet facing the wrong direction. Will have to figure out a way to edit the animations myself now. If the animations were humanoid to begin with I'd easily give this 5 stars.

Updated Review back down to 3 again: The original version of this pack was a Generic rig and animations. This converted fairly well to Humanoid. However, the rig and animations are now legacy and they do not convert well to humanoid. This makes the pack unusuble without significant work in anything but the simplest case. Updated Review: From 4 to 5 stars. The publisher took my comment about female characters with grace - most publisher do not have the humility or self-awareness to accept such criticism. So he got a start back. Now he has come good on his world and he has released an update that has a new and useful female model. The old one is still there, I had hoped we would get more armour/clothes for her, but to be fair there are males similarly adorned and now we have a female that matches the main style. Good work Maxim. Let's make this industry more welcoming. Updated Review: From 3 to 4 stars. There is an update, more models, same excellent quality as the others. Even more importantly the author graciously accepts my comment regarding the Female Orc (see below). Looking forward to giving you that star back for the update Orc woman. So I feel a bit mean only giving 4 stars. The animations are pretty good, not brilliant, but again, these are cheap. They are good enough at this price. The reason for the loss of a (half) star is the fact that the models and animations are generic. They, mostly, convert well to Humanoid and then you can use other animations too. But like all conversions, it's not perfect. I dock another star because, like almost every other artist in the store, this artist seems incapable of creating a female character that is not highly sexualized (even Orcs for goodness sake!). I want my games to feature females that are as "real" as the males. Give me a non-sexualized female and I'll give you the 4.5 stars you deserve and a bonus half star for showing other artists how to do it. If you want to take a closer look before buying check out the Messy Code review on You Tube. He gets up close and personal - I bought them based on his review and do not regret it.

The quality of these models are impeccable, and if any issues arise, the support is fantastic and fast too. Highly recommended!
