i've always used the premium version which i paid for but it appears they removed it from the store.
dk uma is outdated and doesnt support the current uma
another issue is it takes about 30 minutes to an hour anytime i make a change to process changes to "Default DK UMA Game Settings"

Creates avatar quickly and easily, but integrations fail

On the plus side, this package really takes the pain out of UMA and makes it simple to create players, NPCs and other humaniods. You can even generate avatars programmticly.
The bad news is I couldn't get these DK UMA models to integrate with any of the third party controllers on the market - from the Standard Assets TPC, Opsive's TPC, or even the RPG Animations pack TPC. Even Inventory Pro was broken once DK UMA was used. Support was impossible to come by and I've wasted a good week trying to use this otherwise wonderful package.

what do you mean by "Bug unity 2017" ?
DK UMA works over Unity 2017 to Unity 2018.
Anyway I appology for the inconvenience and you can contact us directly regarding the issue using the contact form of our webpage or our Facebook page.
As a background information: i came across DK UMA2 because i was working with UMA2 in order to make my custom characters. My hope was, that i could find here a tool to equip characters etc. with differen equipment and stuff. That is not the case. I was at first baffled how many buttons i had to press in order to generate some UMAs. That was working fine then. I saved some UMAs as assets in order to use them in my game.

Helps a lot with spawning several characters at runtime, but to customize and make your own characters in the editor the regular UMA 2 seems easier to use. I wanted it to be even easier, so I bought the DK UMA 2 Pro Package. The RPG part really helps setting up customized characters in the editor.
I really love the whole UMA character concept.

Tried to use this asset, i downloaded UMA 2 and then this asset but i get error:
Assets/DK Editors/DK_UMA_Editor/Editor/ChooseLinkedRaceWin.cs(13,19): error CS0246: The type or namespace name `DK_UMA_Race_Creator' could not be found. Are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?
I have no idea if this is fixable but would be nice if someone could update this to get it working again.

Hello Paul,
The new update will be available in the incoming week. The Race Editor is part of the Premium Pack and one of its files was not placed in the corresponding folder.
You can delete the script causing the issue.

Hello Damien,
Sorry for the late response, DK UMA 2 is working with the new UMA2.1 (for Unity 5.3).
But this version of UMA is not published, so you will have to modify the DK UMA scripts by yourself.
The Information is in the documentation of DK UMA on our forum.
