Took me hours to get rid of all the scripts and other stuff I did not want, though. I just wanted the horse model and horse and rider animations, and to get that, I had to strip tons of scripts and bloat designed for a very specific type of game. I suppose if you want to make your entire game based on Malber's scripting architecture, you'll be alright, but if you want to integrate it into an advanced project, be prepared to spend hours stripping out hundreds of megabytes worth of assets for a game you aren't making.

I bought this asset some time ago. It contains a nice demo scene which show the fetaures of the asset with animations of the player and the horse. Its really fantastic. Now i will start to integrate it in my game. I think this is not so easy for me but with a little help of ChatGPT i hope it will happen. :)

This has been my only choice when it comes to the animal animation system. I'd say there's no better horse/animal-riding asset out there in the store. Well-thought-out pack of controller and animset.

I've been using Malber's animal controller and other products for a while now and they're always top tier. For a general riding system, I'd say this is definitely the best on the market. Recommended!

New HAP doesn't support 2022 LTS users, plus unable to download older versions that work with 2022 LTS. I don't know whether that's a developer mistake or a Unity fault.

Had this asset on my list of "must gets" for a few years now, but, for whatever reason I had never got around to grabbing such until only recently purchasing such, alas after such upon even said initial tinkerings about with it and quickly falling in love with the asset my initial exclamation was why on earth did I ever wait so long to grab this asset, Haha! If you are planning horse riding inclusion in project plans or even also say having a simply excellent animal controller, then this is something you might want to add to your list with a quickness. Also, the bonus of having various integrations options provided by the author is without a doubt a plus for any user say seeking such. This is a quality product that without a doubt has endless potentials. Simply great models and animations. The inclusion of having both the horse and animal controller examples is a blessing without a doubt, and is indeed something you may even find yourself after purchase appreciating more and more. I would definitely suggest this as a valued purchase "MUST HAVE", highly recommended addition to one's unity toolkit.

I'm very satisfied with this resource, I sincerely believe it was worth the purchase. The tutorials for creating some systems and resolving 'pink' textures in URP are perfect and work well. The reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that, after examining it thoroughly for several hours, I realized it operates as a closed system. While its internal components work perfectly, the effort required to integrate it with my existing custom systems (movement, inventory, buildings, interactions) would be considerable. In my opinion, this resource is an excellent starting point for new projects, especially if you're looking for a comprehensive solution and are willing to learn its specific workflow. However, if you already have several established systems in your game, integrating this resource may pose a considerable challenge. Despite this, the animations are incredibly fluid, and I plan to incorporate them into my game. Furthermore, my primary goal in acquiring this resource was to add horse mechanics, and I will work on integrating that specific functionality into my game.

Just one thing the Horse animations are so good the rider ones even though they are good don't look as real only because the horse is so great. Great integrations with A* and Rewired really great asset for a controller for any game especially one with horses and the interaction with other animals is a real bonus.
