Amazing asset

serdardesignon version 2.4.2
im using the latest Hdrp 2022 worked soon as i imported it no issues what so ever. drap and drop with ease...they have earned my trust im definately getting more assets from them

Great asset, great value for your money. Birds move realistically and it's extremely versatile!
Minus 1 star for the lack of easy to acces documentation on how to use it. A pdf with some basic explanations would have come a long way

This is perfect for realistic seagulls without frame drop. I created an island and it makes it a lot more realistic and they make sounds.
Edit: Gotcha thought it was on sell, I got the pack anyways. It's great.

Thanks for the review. I'm glad you like the bird flock asset.
The bundle is not on sale, you probably see the upgrade price as a sale since you own the bird flock asset. I think this is a new feature on the Asset Store.

Hi,
Thanks for the feedback, I will look into making a flock prefab that uses the sound enabled bird.
You can just swap out the "Bird Prefab" property in the flock with the "Seagull +Sound" prefab. Simply drag and drop it into the variable slot.
The seagulls work very well, and their flocking patterns leave nothing to be desired. Everything is very well made and optimized. I was able to spawn 200 seagulls without any noticeable drop in framerate.
I took off a star only because their prefabs were a bit confusing. The landing spots didn't do what I expected them to do, and I had to create my own landing spot prefabs. There was also a minor issue with the shaders used on the birds. They somehow appeared semi-transparent when viewed up close in my scene. (Obviously, you can tweak the materials and get rid of that effect).
That being said, all of the scripts work exceptionally well and the collision avoidance and CAWW-ing are spot-on. Every parameter is self-explanatory and easily configurable.
Highly recommend.
