There are separate sets of Ascending and Descending motions, since those use muscles in different ways creating different postures and movement. And ALL of these animations are mirrored to be Left Foot Up and Right Foot Up, so any combination, within the cycles or Mounting/Dismounting is possible no matter what rung you are on or hand/foot position.
