Great value for the money

There's so many animations in here and they cover most if not all gameplay mechanics, especially if you're working on something like an RPG or strategy.
Works great with mecanim.

Uses non-standard bones

The animations are of reasonable quality. A few looping glitches in places but not bad for the price. However, they use a skeleton with bones not in many standard models making them less usable on most other models.
EDIT, after publishers comment below
My review originally overstated the problem (now edited by changing "unusuable" to "less usable" and changing "non-standard skeleton" to "skeleton with bones not in many standard models "). A concrete case of where the issues exist is in importing the animations for use on, for example, a standard UMA character. There are bones in the animations that don't exist.
I considered upping the review from 2 to 3 stars in recognition of the my overstating of the problem originally, but given the publishers attitude in the comment below I'm not sure I want to do that... but what the hell I'm not a vindictive man (often), so up to 3 stars.

Characters use standard bones of 3D MAX Character studio. And may be used with any humanoid characters which fit Unity Mecanim. Whis was be done hundred times already. I advise you to learn how to use Unity Mecanim. Thank you for purchasing of course....
The pack wasn't a good fit for my project as the animations had strange effects when applied with the 'Simp' character pack. Also the animations are all contained within a single fbx - not great unless you plan to use all of the animations (as the whole fbx will be exported with your build and it's a huge filesize).
For myself, I required a single punch animation of which this provided one that seemed suitable, until I tried it an realised it wouldn't work.
I asked the developer for a refund and he just assumed that I would take the refund and use the assets in another project.
We had a lengthy discussion about the fact that I couldn't use the assets for my project aswell as screen sharing and showing him the assets just wouldn't work for me and I simply would like a refund. He agree'd that they wouldn't work but still believed I would just use the asset on another project.
He eventually agree'd to a refund, but sent a very demeaning email to Unity in regards to providing one in which he said 'Please ensure he never purchases my assets again' - I was respectful the whole time I was communicating with him and he agreed that the assets simply wouldn't work for me! A simple no to the refund would have been more acceptable than accusing me of basically being a scammer for asking for a refund.
I'm not sure If I just caught him on a bad day - but I'm still awaiting the refund.

Here what I wrote to Asset Store team:
Yesterday 20.06.2018 I receive refund request from ******** (Daryl_1) for my General Animation Collection.
Order **************
I agreed to give him refund. But the case seams me pretty strange.
Daryl_1 says he have only one project and my asset don't fit it.
1. In same time he purchased many assets for thousands dollars which seems don't fit his project as well.
2. He didn't ask for help but when I offered it he showed me the issues. I payed attention that he know how to fix most problematic of them. (only check 3 check boxes).
So left only one - not 100% animation re-targeting due to different bones sizes of my character and his model.
3. Before he purchased my collection (for only one pinch animation, he said) he purchased also this collection

And left following review:
"I thought i'd give it a go, despite the other reviews... bad decision. The animations aren't setup as humanoid animations and don't 'just work'. Changing them to humanoid animations gives a very bad result when using them on your own models - feet all over the place, hands punching to the sides etc. I just want a basic punch animation for my game! "
So he already had experience with animations which "don't fit" his project, but he didn't contact me before next purchase, didn't ask for assistance, advise or information.
The didn't ask to sell him only one animation he wanted. He purchased all collection for only one animation and same day asked for refund. It looks like plan.
4. I have several free animations same kind, but Daryl Reeves didn't try first too download and check them.
Because I agree to give him refund with one condition.
I asked him and he conformed that he never purchase my assets again.
Please give him refund for General Animation Collection and if it is possible please let me know if he will try to purchase any of my assets.

A lot of options for: walk, run, climb (ladder, rope, wall), fly, jump (with backflips; from walk and run), swim. Also dig, sleep, sit, push up, turn at place... I want ctrl+f for "Animator" the in Unity :) Motions with "has exit time" and incredible curves. Thank you very much!

A great pack that is missing a few simple animations:
'lying on bed to sitting on bed', and 'sitting on bed to lying down on bed'. (we currently only have 'lying on the floor' animations.
crouch to crawl, crawl to stand transitions.
If these are added, the pack becomes perfect.
transitions from crouching, crawling, to dead.
A couple of naming inconsistencies and misspellings, like "swiming" for swimming, or "Came up" instead of "standing up" (from chair).
I am new to animation, so if I am missing something, let me know, and I'll correct.
Overall an amazing pack. Support this creator and their other work, too!
