Speed up shader by roughly 50% by applying some optimization techniques from MicroSplat back to MegaSplat. Stress Test went from 29fps to 43fps.

BACKWARDS COMPATIBILITY BREAKING CHANGE. Please read before updating.

- The new Texture Array Config/Texture Packer is in, which requires changing the way texture array configs work. You will need to recreate your TextureArrayConfig when this new update is installed, as the old ones will no longer be valid. Once re-created, assign the new Texture Arrays to your material, and update the shader by toggling an option on it so it is recompiled, as the packing format has changed.

- Texture Array Config and packing formats completely rewritten. A single texture array config now handles all texture arrays for a set of textures, automatically packing them from source textures of any size, and automatically generating any missing/required textures. A batch importer is available making it easy to batch import many textures into this interface.

- Macro Texture option switch to use standard normal maps instead of one based on the packing format

- Packing formats for NormalSAO, NormalSM, Standard and MSEO removed. A new “Default” packing mode is used instead, which uses a new unified packing format for Normal, Smoothness, and AO data in a single texture. Metallic and Emissive textures get packed together into a single array if provided.

- Unpacked all textures into separate files to be closer to what most users have

- A batch importer is available for the importing of textures into configs based on file extension. If your existing textures are packed into nsao format with the extension _nsao the importer will read and set up those textures automatically.
