-Depending on the version of Unity (other than 2019 or later, there is a possibility that animator of Harpy Eagle's prefab is set animator of BaldEagleLite. In that case, animator of Harpy Eagle's prefab needs to be reset to HarpyEagleAC.

Also there is a possibility that animator controller of Bald Eagle's prefab's is not set. In that case, set the animator controller to BaldEagleAC or BaldEagleLiteAC.
