We made the materials compatible with URP

We reloaded the lightmaps for the demo scene.

We fixed the light maps for the 2022 version of Unity, improved the UV map of the "BigRing" 3D model, rebuilt several prefabs that didn't position themselves correctly. Improved some materials including the Room wall and metal 1
