Breaking change

`SavableAdditionalIndex` was used for savable entities that created new entities during baking with CreateAdditionalEntity.

However, that was not sufficiently unique for savable prefabs in a subscene that created an additional entity that also required saving.

The way the Id is calculated has changed and will lead to savegames not being able to apply the data anymore.
