- Code-less load image tools improvement: ImageLoadToTargetHandler now can queue up in the newly added ImageLoadToTargetManager instance, in which we can set a limit on the max num of loaders to be used. This splits the loading tasks to avoid blocking the main thread when too many handlers are used at the same time.

- Adds some parameters and tooltips for ImageLoadToTargetHandler to make it clear and flexible to use.

- Fixes a bug in which the ImageLoader OnComplete callback is called twice when fails to load an image.

- Adds the LoadImageByUrl() method for MemoryCache. It supports forcibly load an image to replace the existing one in the cache and storage.

- Adds SetMemoryCacheItemLockState() method for MemoryCache of the ImageBatchLoader. It allows us to change the Lock flag for a specific image.

- The ImageQueuedLoader now supports specifying the CacheMode for each image. (Use case: some images on the server are updated so we want to replace those images in the cache and local storage. We can use the Replace mode for the updated images, UseCached for others)

- The ImageQueuedLoader and ImageBatchLoader.MemoryCache Load/Get methods now support specifying a custom index that will return with its Result object. We can use this index to sort the Results, if needed.

- Adds CancelByUrl() and CancelByIndex() methods for ImageQueuedLoader.

- Rename UrlObject as LoadingTask to better describe its purpose by the name.

- The KeepImageData(bool) variable in LoaderManagement object is replaced with LoadFileMode enum, which provides more options and easier understanding by the enum element names.
